I shipped a parcel via APC which arrived at the Liverpool Depot (trading as Swift Despatch Limited) in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
The parcel was not put out for delivery on Tuesday, it was not put out for delivery on Wednesday, it was not put out for delivery on Thursday and it was not put out for delivery on Friday. There is clearly nothing 'swift' about Swift Despatch.
I spoke with the depot on Saturday morning who promised the parcel would be upgraded to a premium pre 10:30am delivery and would be out for delivery on Monday. At noon on Monday there was still no sign of this parcel

We have had an account with Swift for many years -along with other courier companies we use -but they stand out for customer service. As couriers go they have a good company culture -once one of Swifts founders collected our goods in his Lexus; he'd offered to help his team under pressure! Helpful for sending to N. Ireland with new legislation changes.

Really didn't shine for me, goods in van on 24h delivery then returned to depot. Delivered after bank holiday. Contacted via online form but they failed to reply or acknowledge. Can't rate more than 3 stars as they just weren't good enough. Didn't do what they were contracted to do and failed to communicate when contact made. Sorry guys but 'swift' didn't deliver swiftly.

Bunch of thieves. Told me on phone parcel had been signed for by me. Then sent emails saying driver couldn't find mailbox. So it's fraud also. Police and CAB informed. And after seeing other reviews I'm contacting a solicitor regarding the driver.

I have been with this company for nearly a year, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of support within the last 5 months.
My dispatch team are constantly having to chase up orders. Parcels go missing, again we have to chase this up 24/7. We get put on hold then they hang up on us and never get back to us when they say they do. The staff are rude and unprofessional.
The rules change every 5 minutes, even though it’s a ‘signed for’ delivery, they leave with a neighbour which is not on the clients instructions, the drivers are lazy, they do not deliver to the correct address’ . Again

Waited in and watched the tracker, but 2 stops before mine i got an email about a missed delivery an hour before. I stayed off work and was in all morning but no one called and no card left. Called the office but apparently the driver delivers the parcels in any order he wants and i have no proof he called. I now have to wait until monday to see if he bothers turning up.

Ordered some vouchers from a hotel chain unfortunately they used this carrier company. Had nothing but issues. Delivery was made without success and driver just left a card. Complaint made by e mail as there is no way of speaking to a human being via website or phone. E mails back and forth, no customer service skills, requested someone to call me never happened. No help at all from e mails. 3 hour all round drive to pick up package in the end, having to take an afternoon off work to do so. Complained to hotel chain made.
