Sometimes we are the chosen courier when things have been forgotten, other times we are selected as our customer's competitive advantage in helping them to achieve the Service Level Agreements they have with their clients. Generally collecting within the hour from most areas of the UK, for onward delivery, our couriers deliver within the fastest time possible, keeping you informed of progress from start to finish.

I was originally introduced to Proactive Despatch by a work colleague around 7 years ago having been somewhat 'burned' by the promises of courier companies only for them not to deliver.
However, from the very first opportunity...Paul and his tenacious, dedicated team not only made the process simple, but delivered without a hitch each and every time.
We're not just talking local deliveries either folks, here's an example:
In September of this year, I'd worked on a project with a client which required a tender to reach it's destination in Rosyth all the way up north by 10am in the morning. This

Proactive Dispatch are an excellent system/business that help our life as a business a lot easier. We have been dealing with Proactive Dispatch for a long period of time and have never been disappointed with the service they offer.
All staff are extremely helpful, always going the extra mile to help us. I deal with Paul, Ross and Stanley on a regular basis and I receive amazing customer service from each one of them. Each call is extremely professional, helpful and relaxed. Staff are always chatty!

We have been using Proactive Despatch Ltd for the last few years now, they are excellent! From the guys in the office to the drivers themselves they are first class. We have used other courier services and never had anything like the level of start to finish service that we always get from Proactive Despatch. I cant recommend them highly enough.

Proactive Despatch are exceptional they are a 5 * Same Day Delivery Services, I have used the company for Years and they always communicate with me giving me an update and an estimated ETA.
The staff are professional and so helpful and keep you informed the customer service staff and the accounts department are also very helpful and support you every mile of the way. I would highly recommend to businesses throughout the UK.
