Martinfield Manor is a beautiful guest house situated on Romney Marsh in the historic town of New Romney. This wonderful former manor house is run by Peter and Carol who always offer a friendly welcome and a service that is second to none. Martinfield Manor really is a lovely place to stay. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and shown to a very pleasant room with every facility you could wish for.
Breakfast was served in a delightful room overlooking the garden and the food was beautifully presented and delicious.

Services
Situated within New Romney on the Romney Marsh, Martinfield Manor is a former manor house that is now beautifully converted into a guest house that is as welcoming as being at home. With stunning grounds and all amenities within your rooms, we truly offer the perfect stay for any visit to the south east of England.
All the rooms are en-suite and very comfortably furnished, with colour TV, hot beverage facilities and electric shaver points. We are quite happy for guests to bring take-away meals back to Martinfield Manor, but please note that they should be consumed in the Guest Lounge/Breakfast Room and not in the bedrooms.
A very friendly and luxurious B&B. I was made very welcome and enjoyed my stay in a very comfortable bedroom. Excellent breakfast, in a beautiful antique furnished dining room; overlooking a large secluded garden. Thank you for another lovely visit. A little piece of heaven on Romney Marsh.
Lynn & I booked Martinfield Manor as it was very convenient for my 'flight alongside a Spitfire' which Lynn had got me to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and also because it gets excellent reviews on Trip Advisor. We've toured UK for years from north of Inverness to Devon and Cornwall using B & B and generally stopping wherever we happen to get to.

Dungeness is unique - no boundaries, a desolate landscape with wooden houses, power stations, lighthouses and expansive gravel pits. Yet it possesses a rich and diverse wildlife within the National Nature Reserve in one of the largest shingle landscapes in the world. The communities of plants and animals living at Dungeness are unique, precious and exceptionally fragile.

This is a very well run and established B&B which is only a few minutes walk from shops, pubs and restaurants in New Romney. Although on a very busy road the property is quiet and oozes calmness.
The room I stayed in was very comfortable and has all the extras you would expect like tea/coffee making facilities, bottled water and hand sanitizer.
The hosts Peter and Carole are very welcoming and friendly, providing a lovely cooked breakfast in their restaurant that overlooks a very well looked after garden.
Will definitely stay here again.
