Tracey welcomes you to her family-run Old Town Guest House. Situated just 50 metres from the beach, in the heart of Hastings Old Town, our Guest House is the ideal base for exploring the many delights of this historic fishing village at the centre of 1066 country. We offer affordable, clean, friendly accommodation and pride ourselves in our personal service ensuring all our guests have an extremely comfortable and pleasant stay.

We are delighted that many of our guests return to enjoy the high standard of hospitality we offer. Take a look around! Reaching the top of a list of over 5,000 small hotels, B&B's and guest houses across the UK, we have been recognised as a finalist in the Eviivo 'Friendliest Award 2011'. Based on genuine guest review ratings, this was achieved in our first year with Eviivo.
Services
We have four tastefully styled rooms offering clean and comfortable accommodation and of course fully stocked with everything you'd expect to find. We have two double en-suite rooms, one standard twin and one standard single. Standard rooms have a bathroom adjacent to the rooms. All rooms are equipped with wash-hand basins, flat screen TV with freesat, alarm clock, tea coffee, hot chocolate and luxury biscuits.
Unfortunately there isn't any private parking in the Old Town, although you can park for free on the West Hill (residential) which is a 25 minute walk away. There are 2 large P & D car parks (Rock-a-Nore and Pelham Place) on the sea front, just 5-10 minutes walk away (9.00 for 24 hrs). There's a loading bay outside the property where you can park for 10 minutes to offload your luggage until 6pm.
One of the original Cinque Ports, of which there were only five, and famous for the Norman landings in 1066 which changed the course of British history, the town of Hastings is known world wide. The Old Town Guest House is situated on the corner of George Street and the High Street, right in the centre of Hastings' famous Old Town.

I was glad to return again to The Old Town Guest House as it is a must when ever I am in Hastings. It has an unbeatable location right in the centre of the Old Town. It's landlady, Tracy is friendly, welcoming and serves the best breakfast in town. Highly recommended!

This is an outstanding B&B. Tracey is so incredibly charming, full of information and cooks a delicious breakfast. The full English is amazing and it sets you out for the day. The added black pudding was perfectly cooked and other days we had the poach eggs, again perfectly cooked, and the egg and salmon bagel, yum-yum. Would certainly go back when in Hastings, great location, super easy to find, clean room. Overall a great stay!

The lovely sea view room was perfect comfortable and had a lovely welcoming feel. We usually miss our own bed but can honestly say we slept very well and woke refreshed to enjoy an appetising breakfast menu, after which it was a few minutes walk if that to the seafront and Hastings is a wonderful old town , surrounded by so many interesting things to do and see. The service was friendly and personal the room was serviced well and we always had tea & biscuits to help ourselves to on our return from our long walks etc . We are looking forward to staying again and will be highly recommending to family
