Be very careful a company called imperial telecoms called my mum despite her being on the telephone preference list and got her to sign up to a 24month contract saying it would be cheaper than her current provider which is a lie they also asked if she has assigned anyone power of attorney probably because they know that they were doing something… wrong.. looking into it they have done this to many vulnerable and elderly people.. I’m in the process of going to cisas to hopefully sort this out but feel I have a big fight on my hands they were aggressive on the phone!

I signed up to them a few years ago, no real problem with the service but the prices shot up, more than doubling in the three years I was with them. I shopped around and found much better deals elsewhere, even British Telecom was cheaper, which a much better internet speed, in fact they were less than half the price and they weren't the cheapest either. The claim went to Plusnet. The people at the call centre are difficult to understand and quite annoying.

Cold called my mother a year ago promising much cheaper phone bills. After switching and seeing said bills, they are far more expensive than made out and when my mother wanted to change companies she found she was on a 24 month contract! Who has a 24 month contract for a land-line!? Imperial Telecom phoned my mother up when she switched and were very rude and threatening to her telling her she owes them £200 for cancelling early. I will be complaining to ofcom with regards to the phone calls, false claims that this was a cheap service and the use of a 24 month contract. Avoid this company like

I have had 2 unsolicited cold calls from this company within a week, immediately after the first I emailed customer services to instruct them not to call me again and under no circumstances contact my current provider to advise of any switch over. I did not receive any acknowledgement from the email. Then this morning they called me again, I did not allow the person to continue her speil, I insisted that they not call me again, her tone changed to challenging/passive aggressive as she knew her script was not going to work with me. In my opinion, Imperial provide an excellent customer service. Having left my request for an engineer to visit at the last minute, Imperial Telecom sorted things out in a matter of hours. Excellent experience, seamless internet connection and quick response in downtime. No major complaints for last one year. Most importantly very much economical than few of the previous providers.

So far one of the best broadband service. No broadband for month and a half !! thanks to our previous provider who proved no good at the new house i recently moved to. Luckily for my neighbour who recommended me Imperial Telecom broadband. They had things sorted out within 7 or 8 days as assured...

If I could give no stars, I would. What a disgusting, horrible, rude and unethical company Imperial Telecom is!! Someone called my husband, who having had a stroke is very vulnerable, he told the caller he couldn't understand him very well and he wasn't interested. The caller then intimated he was from a subsidiary of BT, so my husband eventually agreed to change. I called Imperial Telecom and advised them to cancel the order, as they had no legal right to take instructions from someone who wasn't the bill payer! They told me there were 2 ways to cancel the order 1) get my husband to call back

As an existing customer, I wanted to upgrade to fibre to get the benefit of extra speed. Had a great conversation with James who couldn't have been more helpful. He explained everything in great detail and made the process so easy. All sorted now and looking forward to super fast unlimited fibre. Well done Imperial - All the best.

Very recently i have transferred my telephone and broadband to Imperial Telecom and i must say i'm impressed with their services as bills have been lower compared to my earlier supplier. Customer care has been really helpful as recently there was fault on my line and they had it rectified in a couple of hours. Wish you all the very best !!!!
