Lying scammers. Someone needs to shut this “business” down. Won’t accept the fact that we changed to PlusNet a year ago and have kept charging us saying we’re still active with them and then our files were lost during lockdown. Keep saying they’ll ring back to sort out the problem and never do. Disgrace. Owe us about £600 that I’m positive we’ll never see.

Where do I start, first of all Avoid like the plague! Anything under MET TECHNOLOGIES it's all a scam. After they Clearly TARGET sales on my 85 year old Grandmother who has Dementia this company led her down the path with opening statement of you caulify for a reduction ma'am and what ever other nonsense they said to lead her into passing on details. Nothing but sharks. I have been fighting this since beginning March along with citizen advice and have gladly won ourselves out of it avoiding their £349 cancellation charge! Anybody who has fallen a victim of this company I would strongly advise

Asking my grandfather for £52.97 for the August phone bill (original price was £14.50).
Nothing but mithering him for money! Evan though they have given him £100.00 credit to his account for completely miss selling and committing fraud on his account but then 3 days later they are wanting £52.97 to be ‘bank transferred’ into a different account under a different company name!
Anyone with these go straight to the bank and cancel any direct debit you have standing with them. They can not do anything about it bar cut off your phone line. They will threaten you with court

Awful company!!! Ripped off my grandad who has now passed away, were rude and horrible to my grieving grandma and wanted to charge her over 600 pounds to cancel after my grandads death. They were charging him £50 Just for internet when he didn't even use it. Horrible people.

Lots of rubbish about changing my supplier from Open Reach (obviously didn't understand how the British telephone system works) and I'd be getting lower bills from tomorrow when "they'd" bumped me onto their decidedly dodgy system. He hung up when I appeared not to understand about Broadband

I have been a customer of Met Plus for 5 months now and have always found their service to be first class. The experts and customer care executives here are fantastic in identifying our needs and ensure that they have the quality telephone technology at the affordable rate. Bullied an elderly gentleman into £50 a month for slow internet and phoneline and when he passed away they harassed his widow and committed fraud against her.
This isn't an isp. It's a con job ripping off vulnerable people.

Judging on the conduct of this company I presume the higher ratings of five stars are fake.
They are prepared to commit fraud against elderly people in their 80's
Quite frankly, you are better off dropping your hard earned cash down a grid. That way you loose your money without the bother.

Do not trust. Received a call in the office some time ago, the guy spoke so fast that I had no idea what he was saying, but because I didn't want to be rude i did not hang up on him. The guy made it sound like we received a discount voucher for our phone bill, but in reality he was making us sign up to this shady telecom services through the phone, and was willing to contact the phone company we were with to cancel the contract, which I did not want nor agree to!

Spoke to one of the customer service team member, he describe everything in detail ,ins and outs of contract
and I end up signing the contract . Very pleasant ,efficient and dedicated customer service I ever got from any .
Keep it up the good work. Will surely recommend MET PLUS to others as well
