Pinar Aydemir and her team provide evidence-based treatment in a friendly and welcoming environment. We take a holistic approach to therapy and treatment, looking to achieve a better quality of life going forward. We are committed to helping you understand your injury and pain. Often where it hurts is not where the problem began.
Treating the source leads to a faster recovery and reduces the risk of problems recurring. We keep our knowledge and skills up-to-date through continuous professional development. Each year we attend conferences and courses, and we take account of the latest research findings in our treatment plans.

Manual therapy is a technique where physiotherapists use their hands to manipulate, mobilise and massage the body tissues. It can help to relieve the pain and stiffness, improve movement and blood circulation, and promote relaxation. Manual therapy is based on an assessment of the restrictions to the normal range of movement and compensatory movements that may be preventing healing.
Acupuncture involves the insertion of very fine stainless steel needles to stimulate the sensory nerves in the skin and muscles. The benefits include the relief of pain, reduced muscular tension and increased mobility. It can be combined with other treatments for sports injuries, back and neck pain, arthritis, headaches and soft tissue injuries.
