I bought 40 filled and 10 empty Rot Proof Sandbags (Military Spec) about two years ago. They've been falling apart for months and today I have started pulling them all up. If you need a short-term solution, then just buy the cheaper sacks and don't waste your money on the "military spec". If you want more than two years out of them then these are useless.
