Maxim
We are dedicated to reducing environmental impact and transit packaging costs for customers across the UK. Compared to single trip corrugated cardboard boxes, Maxim's RTP can yield significant reductions in overall transit packaging costs and savings can be gained after just a few transit cycles. All of Maxim's RTP is manufactured from lightweight yet superbly robust heavy duty grades of twin flute polypropylene extruded sheet.

Environmental impact is reduced because this RTP is 100% recyclable at end of life, resulting in no waste or landfill and because the sheet material is manufactured with a fraction of the carbon/water footprint associated with corrugated board production. If your business is using lots of corrugated cardboard boxes or palletainers you could stand to save a fortune.

A highly engineered, releasable quarter turn fastener with tamper evidence, designed to be integrated into all double wall and triple wall heavy duty corrugated boards. Corruloc comprises four components - 2 snap rings, 1 male key and 1 female keyhole. The component parts are snapped together in pairs, by hand or mallet, into 64mm diameter apertures (die cut or drilled) in each of the two boards to be connected.
Specialised transit packaging and materials handling solutions devised to meet specific custom requirements. Case Study - KingSpan Tarec supply building insulation to customers who were requesting eradication of corrugated board from building sites. The corrugated boxes KingSpan had been using to deliver pipe insulation sections were replaced with returnable, reusable twin flute polypropylene units (shown right).
Rug Doctor required a bespoke pack for sending out carpet cleaning machines to customers who rented a machine by way of Rug Doctor's new rental website. Case Study - The packs had to be waterproof as the machines can often be wet when returned. The pack we provided was very innovative and used Corruloc quarter turn fasteners to create a 'draw bridge'.
