Great soft play, I come here very often. Lovely staff and yummy food! Highly recommend it. It's small enough you don't need to chase after your little one but big enough that they get a good run around and freedom while you sit back and enjoy your coffee! Oak Hill Park Caf opened its doors to the public back in 1996. 21 years later, the family run business is still going strong, cementing its place as an important (and tasty!) part of the local community.
From humble beginnings with a small spot in the cricket pavilion, the caf has grown to be one of the main features of Oak Hill Park, sporting ample seating inside, a new soft play area for children and plenty of space outside for a big bouncy castle and tables and chairs under the sun.when it's out and shining, that is!

Services
At Oak Hill Park Caf, we try to keep our menu varied and exciting enough for anyone to fancy something on it! Although some may see us as a fast-food chips and burger style caf, we actually pride ourselves on the quality of our healthier meals. We try to use fresh locally sourced ingredients wherever possible and always make sure we taste-test our ingredients personally to make sure they are of the best possible quality.
Malibu's soft play is the newest addition to the caf and sports an exciting, manageable, fun play area for younger children with everything from a slide to a ball pond and soft, safe toys and equipment. The play area is divided up in two sections - a smaller one for 0-12 month-old children, and the bigger section for 13 months to 7 years-olds.
Thinking of a great place to hold your child's next birthday or other celebration party without breaking the bank? Choice of food from the party menu (hot or cold), ice cream, plate of fresh fruit, snacks and unlimited orange squash and blackcurrant squash and of course water. We can host a maximum of 25 children.

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here and everything was fabulous. You can reserve the play area for yourself so you have privacy. The food was delicious. The chicken nuggets were freshly made not frozen. We ordered sandwich platter which was also very freshly made and delicious. All guests had fabulous time so do not hesitate to book it. Also we have been on another occasion and had home made polish food which was delicious. Thank you!

We had a birthday party for our 4 yrs old daughter in November. This was the first birthday party in U.K. for us, so we are glad that we could get the amazing support from the staff. They are so kind enough to listen our interest. 16 Kids(0-4yrs) enjoyed the soft play area and meals(we’re happy for their many options including vegan options)!! Nice place, not too expensive fee and friendly staff:) Thank you!

It was nice to sitting outside (… but there is a nice place for sitting inside too, as you can see in my third picture) and drinking a coffee after a walk in the Oak Hill Park. … as I heard ( … till I was waiting for my coffee) the Oak Hill Park Cafe is owned by Polish people and you can find their traditional meals on the menu.

Very rude staff. Have seen more than one staff member be rude to customers. One mother was belittled for not paying before letting her child use the bouncy castle, it's difficult to stop a child from playing when the que is very slow. There's no need to berate a tired parent.
Today before buying ice cream I heard one of the male staff shout profanity in Polish in the kitchen before he came out to serve. It's a shame as it's a great location with potential. Poor customer service and will be buying my ice cream from the cafe on the golf course across the park from now on.
Hopefully they learn people
