Firstly - if you have a pushchair DO NOT leave this on the upper level as they request. We left ours there, along with others to come back and find it gone - along with my little boys coat! When we spoke to the staff and manager they could not care less!
Food is over priced and service is poor. My little boy had a dessert included with his meal however the staff took so long to come back to us after our main meal that we gave up, paid and left.
Atmosphere is lovely for young children, shame the food isn't!

Unfortunately wasn't very impressed with our experience. very over priced for what it is. we were shoved in a corner where nothing was going on didn't see any of the moving animals etc. the food wasn't that great I had a pasta dish which was cold and not great and for £18 wasn't impressed. the menus were sticky and dirty also. service wasn't good then tried to charge us for other people's food and a huge service charge not impressed. such a shame when told I wanted to put in a complaint no-one bothered to come and see us so we left

A beautiful restaurant setting such a shame the service and food are so bad! The toilets were flooded so not sure should even have been open. Waited so long for any service what so ever, order was incorrect when arrived, food was tasteless and horrible, prices for what you get are so over priced. Such a shame as the kids love the restaurant but can’t ever eat here again so bad.

The setting is really good and great for kids there are moving animals throughout the restaurant and really fun for the kids. BUT.......... the food is a very low quality and more along the lines of a hungry horse if anyone remembers that ! And I think that is a bit harsh on hungry horse as the kids mac and cheese was dire and I suspect came from a packet!
The service seemed ok but our waitress was a bit cold but that could be due to listening to animal noises 24 seven. Other staff were friendly and a giant elephant entertainer came round and posed for photos. Overall I would recommend giving

Well… the decoration is different, great for kids. The staff were very inexperienced(i don’t blame them but management should teach or train them?) and it all felt slow, they came with every food order asking “is this your food”. Prices are a joke for the food, the food is very plain. And then they service charge you, i mean, the service isn’t worth paying any extra but adding that extra 12.5% is unfair. If a family goes and orders a lot of food then see that on top it must be really dissapointing… We realised straight away what we got in to so ordered two starters and headed out. It’s

The service here was shocking. I understand it was very busy. But to only bring half the drinks order over and then ask 4 different people for my grandson drink . Then 30min later it arrives only because we complied to the manager. Then to be charged for it twice. Food was average . Prices high and they add service change on even when your at the bar. What service is that for. I don't pay that at a pub so why here. Over rated place want be going back.

Got lucky we got a table on the day within a half an hour wait. The atmosphere is lovely and the kids loved the rainforest sound effects. There were meet and greets from characters which the kids loved. They even pose for pictures which is great.
Bar service was so slow, took 30mins to order a drink, by which time we were seated. Food was delicious though. We ordered the garlic bread with cheese to share, Aztec chicken and the lamb shank. However, the lamb shank was just too meat smelling for me and the plum sauce would have been better paired if slightly on the sweeter side. The kids pizzas were

We had plan to come here when deciding on what kiddy friendly restaurant to take children to. Upon reading the reviews, I was a bit skeptical but kept an open mind and went ahead anyway. Upon arrival, the shop was much smaller than I thought. There were a range of soft toys and other products from around £5 to around £179. I think the quality of the toys were good but a lot were a bit on the expensive side.
We were very early so was asked to either sit and wait or wander around the shop and come back. After heading back, we waited maybe 10 minutes and was seated at our table. The atmosphere

I have wanted to visit here for a few years now but money and getting a reservation always got in the way. This is definitely a family friendly restaurant/cafe intriguing for kids. There isn't really a lot of choice from the set kids menu but the portions are quite big. Depending on if you have big eaters or fussy eaters 1 kids meal is big enough for 2. Adult meals are average size but overpriced of course. I had a pulled pork burger which was filling and delicious. Kids meals came out first so they don't wait too long. We are glad we visited, but only as a one off.
