All the stress of finding a mortgage provider/product is taken away and instead you get to liaise with an absolute professional who knows the market and takes the time to get to know you, understand your financial situation (and your changing financial over the years) and provides you with the best products to suit your needs.

I've used The Mortgage Ladder twice now, first time to remortgage on my house and recently to get a mortgage to buy a new house.
I can't recommend them highly enough. Very professional, very friendly and responsive to emails and the whole process was much easier and quicker than trying to do it myself. It's nice to know you've got professional backup if there are any issues. I wouldn't have got such good deals without Neil, and he was more than happy to explain any parts of the process I wasn't sure of. They didn't charge a fee and everything could be done by email and post making it really handy
