Appalling business. Took four weeks to provide estimate then despite phone calls on two successive days and being promised a call back both days still waiting to hear from them. Would not recommend using them if this is the best they can offer in way of service.

I am carrying out an extension for a client who have used Gawn Associates for the structural drawings.
The drawings are excellent and easy to read and understand.
I have taken the ground floor rear wall completely out, we required new pad foundations to support the UC Columns that were supporting 2no, 6000mm steels holding the back of the house up.
Until the existing foundations are exposed you dont know if they are adequate.
Ours were not, so we had to dig new foundations.
Marcus Garner our designer and contact was on leave at this stage of the works.
Leslie Gawn was on hand to give advice

Brilliant service. Very easy to communicate with, Scott was very unfazed by the design intentions presented, all done in good time, very professional. Recommended.
