In addition to traditional core M&E Engineering Services disciplines, the Company has in-house expertise in several areas including Low and Zero Carbon Design, Renewable Energy Generation and Application, BREEAM, Energy and Sustainability, Specialist Lighting Design and Facilities Management.We are engaged in all sectors of the construction industry and work on projects throughout the UK and Europe.

The provision of appropriate internal environments, in terms of temperature, humidity, light, power, safety, security and vertical transportation, contributes significantly to the success of buildings over their occupied life.
KJ Tait Engineers has offered facilities management services since 1996 and now provides facilities support to 120 premises throughout the UK. Our expertise relates to engineering services facilities management. We employ qualified engineering facilities managers who are supported by our specialist design engineers and our energy and environmental engineers.
KJ Tait has a dedicated in-house Energy Team who provide Energy Design and Consultancy Services. The services which the Team offer include standalone commissions and supporting our Engineering Design Consultancy and Facilities Management services. The Team are focussed on delivering low carbon projects in accordance with Local Authority regulatory requirements to meet Client objectives.
