Just had my windows, door and cladding done by the Regal team. Every person from Mark, James, Keith and Ryan were so attentive and professional. I would highly recommend for price, friendliness and outstanding customer service! My house looks brand new and I really appreciate how they worked around me and kept me up to date throughout. Never mind 5 stars, should be getting 10 stars!

I cannot speak for their products or workmanship, but poor customer service and communication. I had someone out to measure up for windows and doors but after taking the time off work to get this done, waiting over 3 weeks, a number of calls and 2 x voicemails they never got back to me with a price. I would rather they said if they were not going to quote then I wouldn’t have wasted the time waiting. I have now gone with another company.

We have just had new PVC doors and windows fitted we have found Paul and Mark to be extremely helpful and courteous throughout this process. The fitters James and Keith were great and did a great job and left the house with no redecorating to do thank you guys. We would highly recommend this company to anyone needing work done.
