AM Windows fitted a set of French Doors out onto our patio. As we have now found out, these doors do not comply with building regulations and are making it difficult to sell our house. When we contacted them, AM did not want to know about this, claiming we should know building regulations (they are professional door fitters). We then spoke with five other door fitters all of whom knew right away that they wouldn't comply with building regulations. Either AM (i) don't know their area very well or (ii) don't care and are happy to let customers make choices they know are wrong for a sale. Either way

Contacted this company numerous times and each time they said they would come out to measure up and give me an estimate about a new front door. Further phone calls later they said they could do it without me being there. I agreed and more phone calls later they said they had been out and would send me the quote. This started at the end of June 19. Its now 9th September 19 and still nothing. My last contact was via text on Fri 16th Aug and its states. "I will send you a good price on Monday." This having asked if they could call out again. Clearly never bothered to come out the first time having

I am very pleased with the service I received when I bought my oak pvc front door from AM Windows. I am very happy with the finished job. The door was supplied and fitted within the time promised when ordered. Tidy job and very friendly helpful staff at every stage.
