I'm a bit torn to write a review, as this beautiful place is so incredibly wonderful, that I don't want too many to know about it!! But, it really is so gorgeous, fiona and Derek are utterly wonderful and can't do enough for their guests, it's very much our happy place!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Lochview guest house. The host and hostess, Derek and Fiona, where very friendly and accommodating.
The room was very spacious and clean with gorgeous views of the loch.
Breakfast was cooked perfectly with a variety of options and the dining area was a delight to dine in.
Felt covid safe and would recommend 100%

What a wonderful B&B
We travelled round the NC500 stopping at a few hotels on our way. This was the last hotel and we saved the best for last! The B&B is situated facing a loch, which could be seen from our room. The area is very picturesque and there were some deer in a nearby field. You can possibly hear them at night however we were so tired we slept through it!! The room was tastefully decorated, the bed was extremely comfortable (hence missing the deers!) and the breakfast was lovely. The hosts, Fiona and Derek, were very welcoming and gave us lots of information of the local area. We popped

Hosts super friendly and very welcoming. The house has all the amenities you need for (our one night) comfy stay. Super quiet room and very relaxing atmosphere throughout. The morning breakfast was deliciously cooked and served by the hosts. Absolutely tasty! At the end of the breakfast we had a very interesting chat with the host and an other couple staying there (all following social distancing guidance). All just felt so relaxed and my partner and I really recommend this place when visiting the beautiful Highlands!

After a long drive through increasingly beautiful scenery travelling north, we found Loch View guesthouse tucked away down a lane in a gorgeous setting between hillside and water. We were met with a wonderfully warm, friendly welcome and shown to our room. Despite the generous size of the house, there are just 3 rooms but they are exceptional; each one is spacious, comfortable and well decorated with beautiful views. We had the smallest of the 3 but this was still generously sized and we didn't want for space. The location in such a stunning area makes it an ideal base for walkers and cyclists

Simply Perfect !
Location is great, picturesque scenes and ideally situated, by a beautiful loch, quiet road and lovely walks locally too.
Fiona and Derek are the perfect hosts.
Very warm welcome, and nothing is too much trouble. Help with ideas for your stay, and can book local restaurants for you.
The breakfasts are a real treat, great choices, and all delicious and presented very well, as much as you can eat.
Our room was wonderful, large, spacious, very comfortable, as was the bed, bathroom also big and all decorated to a high standard.
A great place to stay, we loved it, and will return
