Myself and my daughter had a lovely stay at St Ann's. Richard the host is faultless and only to happy to assist with queries. Breakfast was well presented and tasty. My daughter took part in the Loch Ness Marathon and a cold breakfast for those running was provided at six - extremely appreciated. Our room was spotless, spacious and very comfortable.

A great experience! The house is tastefully furnished, the hosts are lovely people and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.
If you are looking for a place to stay in Inverness, very close to the city centre and with parking possibilities, this B&B is perfect.
We travelled with friends (1 couple and friend) and the family room was perfect for our needs and budget (95 pounds for the night).
