As a Nottingham Wedding Photographer, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and the surrounding counties provide a beautiful backdrop to my work, and I have photographed at many of the finest wedding venues in Nottingham, Derby and the rest of the UK. I have been lucky enough to also photograph destination weddings in Italy, France and Greece so far.
Being a Lifestyle documentary wedding and portrait photographer, my approach to wedding and family portrait photography are very similar. I won't tell you what to do, where to go or how to stand. I will certainly not tell you to smile unwillingly. That's because I love to photograph "real" moments, and that means letting you be who you really are.

Services
Nottingham engagement photography shoots are a complimentary service that I offer my wedding clients as a way of helping them relax in front of the camera before their wedding day. It also serves as a great way to get to know each other a bit better and for me to learn more about the couple's likes and dislikes when it comes to certain aspects of photography.
Documentary photography is a style that results in photos that have been created with no photographer intervention. It often overlaps with photojournalism. Documentary wedding photography, Photojournalistic wedding photography and Reportage Wedding Photography have all been buzzwords in the industry for a good few years now.
My Nottingham headshot photography sessions are directed towards you and your needs. I cater for corporate clients, actors, models and other industry professionals who require professional headshots for their portfolio, website or social media. I specialise in natural light headshots, either taken outdoors or indoors, in bright locations where possible.
I have 3 children of my own who I naturally adore. I love kids and I love to photograph families. I would love to photograph you and your children having a walk in the park, playing and having fun as a family. I take a very natural and relaxed approach to family photography. No awkward smiling or posing for the camera.
So this is simply how it works. I have broken it down into 4 parts to explain the process from the day we meet for the first time, to the day I deliver your images to you. Just drop me a line and I can answer them in an email, a phone call, or a meeting over coffee. For me, every wedding that I have photographed has been different, and every couple have their own stories to tell.

We could not of asked for anything more from Mamad for our wedding photography. From the first moment that we emailed to enquire about services we have just felt so at ease. We never once stressed or worried about the service we were getting or the pictures we’d receive. We absolutely loved the work we saw on Facebook/Instagram and then again when we saw our engagement shoot. But even that didn’t prepare us for our blown away we were when we received our wedding photos. It was like reliving the whole day. Thank you so much Mamad! We very much hope to be back for a family shoot one day 😊

We booked Mamad because we liked his style and he had a great online gallery to get a sense of his work which was really helpful, we also liked the pricing structure which was clear and straight forward.
We had to re-arrange our wedding date 3 times and Mamad was very responsive with confirming his availability each time.
We had an engagement shoot which was included in the package, and definitely made us feel more at ease having our picture taken.

Mamad was very understanding and such a genuine nice person.
At first I was very nervous as I feel weird in front of the camera. My husband was a bit more relaxed but Mamad kept us talking and eventually we both got used to being photographed.
Even though he was so booked and busy, he sent our album so fast and we got a ton of visual memories.
