The team at our Wandsworth funeral home will provide advice at every stage of the funeral planning process, and will arrange an individual and unique funeral to help you celebrate the life of your loved one. We have our own service venue at both our funeral homes. Here at Mears & Cotterill Funeral Directors we also offer an affordable prepaid funeral plan, Choice, so that you can arrange and pay for a funeral in advance.

Cremations are now the most popular form of funeral. Most people will want a ceremony at the crematorium - using their chapel - but you can also hold the service in a church or other venue of your choice prior to the cremation. It is entirely up to you if you want the service to be religious or non-religious.

We cannot thank you, and your team, enough for helping us to give Ken a lovely personal send off on Wednesday. Despite the small group in attendance, each was there out of a desire to be there, and not out of a duty, and all felt he was remembered for the character he was, and that he would have approved of what was achieved.

The team at Mears & Cotterill were excellent from start to finish when caring for my late Grandad. Sam in particular was so helpful and empathic and couldn't do enough for my family. The M&C team on the day of my grandad's funeral were excellent also. They talked us through each step and made sure everyone was ok. Thank you for such a great & professional service!

Mears and cotterill just did my grandads funeral and all went very well sam in the office was so good with my family and even when we went to see my grandad in chaple of rest was such a peacefull room with cards and nice smells. Staff was asking how my nan was and nothing was to much to ask for even when we had a problam they solved it. As a family we will defo use them again just hope not to soon away thanks to all

Sam our Funeral arranger was magnificent, caring, sympathetic, organised and always there at the end of the phone when needed.
I would highly recommend and cannot praise enough. Also Sam's colleague Tony who lead our service was highly respectable, compassionate and went above and beyond to make sure our service on the day run smoothly, on time and made a heartfelt gesture that made us all smile at the end of such a sad day.
Sam and Tony were impeccable and I cannot praise them enough.
