My partner left a review here some time ago detailing the poor service and attitude of this firm. I see that is has since been removed and that Mr Richman has tried to suggest there was an ulterior motive. I can assure Mr Richman (who also appears to be Mr Gillo's web designer from Plug & Play - isn't Google a wonderful thing?) that there is no ulterior motive other than to forewarn others to this companies service.
I also think it's incredibly poor form and another very evident illustration to how this firm have no interest in what people think. Rather than deleting poor reviews, I'd suggest

I have used Grillo LLP for Surveying both my current property, and my previous property. On both occasions they have been extremely professional and thorough, while also providing great value for money.
I'm horrified by the other reviews on here, and can only assume that at the very best they have mistakenly posted reviews for the wrong business, or they have some other agenda.
Having engaged Grillo LLP on more than one occasion I can, and have, recommended them to family and friends a like.
