Babak's review has just come to our notice. Our first review after 22 years of providing a good service to our clients. The thousands of happy clients do not post reviews. We provided a 29 page report on the house Babak wanted to buy and included photographs of the roof and chimneys using a drone mounted camera. The drains were tested. We provided everything that could reasonably be needed to make a judgement before buying a house. We know that moving house is stressful and do our best to help but cannot remove that stress altogether. Surveyors are out of the office more than 50% of the time inspecting

Survey was done to a professional standard, however the customer service is very variable and I have had to constantly e-mail/phone to reach anyone (no replies for over 2 weeks!!). No one made it easy to answer basic questions, and you get the feeling no one is interested to help once you've paid your money! This needs to be improved!!
