Our cockapoo Poppy has been going to Anna for her grooms for over a year now. She loves visiting and her confidence has grown so much over the last 12 months. The care and attention Anna gives to the dogs is second to none. She really does love each one as if they were her own and is extremely dedicated to their welfare and wellbeing. My parents also have their Cockapoo groomed by Anna and wouldn’t have her go anywhere else. Both dogs always look fabulous after their pampers and grooms and smell wonderful. Anna is amazing, Ralph is always beautifully cut. Anna’s relationship with my dog puts him at ease, she is so kind and considerate to the dogs needs. I have used a few groomers over the years but Anna is the best yet. Can’t recommend her enough, keep up the good work

My dog has been going to Anna now for a groom for a few years now and I have always been really pleased. She obviously cares for the dogs and treats them like her own. I've always found her to be friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

If I could rate this place a 0 star I would.
Totally unprofessional and quite upsetting to say the least.
I have recently got a puppy and wanted to get her booked in for her first groom, my partner phoned to ask a couple of questions, and find out how and if we can get our pooch booked in. She responded abruptly and very very rude " I'm busy " it's not a one off groom" as to which we was unaware of and just wanted more info.. Every time my partner tried to speak to explain its our first groom and to find out how to get her booked in, even offered to leave his email for when she wasnt busy and

Anna has been absolutely fantastic with both my boys since they 1st started going. They both love visiting and get excited when we turn into her road. Anna listens to any requests and is always attentive to their needs. I wouldn’t trust them with anyone else and I know they wouldn’t want to go anywhere else
