Critical: Professionalism, Quality
Don’t understand the rave reviews about this place. When I picked my dog up they said she had been aggressive and muzzled her - there’s not an aggressive bone in my dogs body so if she did then it says a lot about the handlers! The hair cut was awful, they scalped her, it was uneven and looked like it was done by a kid with a razor.

I took my 6 year old husky here for the first time today. The girls got a run for their money as he hates having a bath! Danielle did an amazing job, very professional and he smells lovely <3 the price is very reasonable as he his a standard singing escape artist when it comes to personal care. I found it hilarious that when I collected him, Danielle was wearing noise cancelling headphones! Haha will definitely be coming back here, thank you very much girls <3

Being totally honest we took our 2 westies there when they first opened, and we were amazed at the quality of everything from reception of both us and our dogs. But because we moved away too far away couldn't get there. Now we have moved even closer than we were when we first visited them not visited yet because of bloody shut/close down. We brought our little Yorkie Sammy here for his first groom and were nervous to say the least about how he would be but they were absolutely fantastic with him and we couldn't be happier with the job they did!
We only found this place to begin with because all the groomers in Warrington were fully booked for weeks but we will 100% be back. Thank you so much 👍😊.
The only slight downside to coming here is the car park at the rear of the shop is an absolute nightmare but that isn't their fault and with the great job they do it's worth the hassle.
