At K9 Heaven Dog Grooming we offer a number of services all of which are performed with compassion and a complete understanding of your pets needs. We offer a pick-up and drop-off service for clients who find it difficult to bring their pets to our salon. Professional nail clipping. No one likes clipping their dog's nails.

K9 Heaven did a fabulous job with my very difficult long-haired rescue cat Humphrey in summer. They even claimed he was good as gold but I don't believe that He smelled sweet and looked great and his cut has lasted him ages.

I ve used K9 Heaven for over 14yrs year now , 1st with my labrador Jasper and now with our new little man patterdale Trevor ...I travel all the way to Preston from St Helen's as I would nt use anyone but Suzanne and her team , they are amazing 👏🐾

Took alfie to k9 on the 26th june for the 2nd time they did a brilliant job shaving him and he now looks like somebody owns him instead of alfie scruff, will be back again highly reccomended.

Visited website however did not find a price list for cat grooming so did not explore further
And despite the response that every other customer is happy to ring or email....for those that do not feel comfortable to do that because of disabilities you exclude a community because you prefer not to display price lists.

Absolutely delighted with the service. I have been to quite a few groomers over the years, this was the best cut etc that Coco has had. He looks so much better for it, even people have commented about how good he looks 🐶

Hi, so if you have a dog that is very nerves and panics when they have there nails clipped DO NOT send them here! They state on there website that they are trained to calm them them down and help them through it well this is a completle lie as my dog prince went to this groomer a 4 weeks ago and didn't come back 💔 I received a text at 11 .20am asking me to ring as it was urgent surely they should of just rang me!I rang sue the groomer who had told me my dog had passed away... I questioned and asked what happened and I was rather horrified when she told me she had clipped 2 of princes nails and

After searching for a cat groomer sue at k9 heaven does dogs cats n rabbits. I took both my cats to k9 heaven I was thrilled with the outcome both came home looking slick n span and they also have baths n nails cut. I would go no where else. .... there ready for there next appointment

Sue always does an amazing groom, I don't know how she does it with my anxious dog. She is not the best at staying still and being groomed. That's why I like taking her to K9 Heaven. Fantastic cut, very calm staff, beautiful smelling dog. Amazing.

Our cat (and us!) had a horrific experience at this groomers. She is a timid and gentle baby, a house cat who isn’t used to other places so needs time and patience. She was given neither. We went to pick her up early and my partner witnessed her being muzzled and ragged about while she was cowering and crying. Her fur being practically pulled out… not gently combed through. Not only that but she had been practically skinned - we had only asked for a tidy up as she had a few small mats under her arms. She was very very upset when we got home and it took a long time for her to calm down

This is worst grooming place ever, never again our dogs will not be going there. I don’t care whether it’s cheap! The place looks disgusting, I wanted to take my dog away from there as soon as we walked in. I do not recommend this place to anybody, not worth it at all. I will not even mention how ugly our dog looked after and the staff is unprofessional😊😆

I have a pug they charged me £25 to bath and cut his nails however they couldn’t cut his nails because they couldn’t get the muzzle on him they didn’t refund me the £10 for this treatment I think £25 for a bath is scandalous I will not be going back here and I will say don’t pay em before any treatments to be fair they have done a good job bathing him but for the price I wouldn’t expect anything less
