A friend of mine wanted to rent a space retail for a hair beauty salon but apparently they do not care about us probably because of the language we speak,
We went there a spike to a agent, everything looked good we emailed them but we never get any answer, they still have the space empty but as I said before if we do not look like a cool people they do not put energy but they lost a tenant who has the money to pay, I think they overjudge.
Very bad company at all.

Extremely happy with James Yiannakou professional approach and service. His availability and friendly manner made a very good experience for me to work with. They don't care at all of people's plans,
after been viewing a commercial place to start my new busines , i decided to make an offer under sugestion of the agent " scott " then i ve ben told that will be in touch with the landlord and will be responding asap ... after 3 days i tried to contact him to know something about and he never answered then i tried by email and again no respond ...
is now more then 3 weeks and this very unprofessional agency deserve one star review ...
you should not joke , with people plans , you should respect people timeing and respond with the decision even if negative

Really good service from Joel and Anthony. Both listened to our requirements and managed to let the property within 2 weeks of putting it on the market. The follow up has been excellent and for once i am finding myself being chased rather than the other way round. Would definitely recommend

Kalmar (and more specifically Marc) helped me find a beautiful flat in Elephant & Castle. The whole process from first visit to completion was extremely efficient (about 7 weeks) and Marc was very helpful in identifying potential bottlenecks in advance to streamline everything as much as possible. I would very much recommend them.
