When looking for property in London, it is always helpful to find a trustworthy estate agent who will be honest and upfront about their properties before you go and view. Luckily Living London provided a great service and found me a nice place which was exactly how they described it. They even managed to bargain with the landlord to reduce the rent!
The process was very simple from laying down a deposit to moving in - as with any estate agents, you do unfortunately have to pay an admin fee which was around £75 and does bump up the cost but the property and service was worth it. The only thing
