These are the worst estate agents in the area avoid like the plague!
Claudine who runs lettings is the most unprofessional person I have ever had the misfortune of meeting/ dealing with and have reported her to trading standards. During the pandemic things with my flatmate got very toxic and the police had to get involved. Because my flatmate in his infinite wisdom contacted Leonard Leese first they basically just took his word as gospel and never asked me what happened. I felt like I was completely ganged up on and they made a very toxic situation even worse.

Spoke to about 6 people at Leonard Leese, all rude and very unhelpful. I rang 6 times to speak to our agent who was conveniently unavailable every time until I said I would hold until they were available in which it then took 30 seconds, so they blatently lie to then not provide a service! Worst company and estate agents I have ever encountered.

LACKING COSTUMER SERVICE, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT CARING. AVOID.
I was due to move in today and dealt with Chloe and after her, Toby.
I could not move in because the previous tenants forgot to drop off the keys and it was impossible to get hold of them. Furthermore, I had requested professional cleaning that turns out it was not carried out either and this caused further delays to my move in date. I had to cancel the movers and I lost £150 and I had to pay another £30 to hold my belonging in a storage for an extra night.
I found out about this on the morning of the move at 8am and I was

NIGHTMARE FOR TENANTS!
1. They rip your head off when you request your deposit back even if nothing is broken and the property has been professionally cleaned (yes, I mean the lady called Paige).
2. They pretended to be friendly before you move in. However, they ignore your reporting action about mould (growing before move-in) and even ridiculously charge you, regardless that you’ve tried your best to clean and ventilate the property.
3. No peaceful enjoyment during your stay at all.

Initially, moving in we had a good experience with Dominic who helped us with the rental process. Unfortunately as our tenancy drew to a close, a different employee, took over the management of our flat. Her behaviour can only be described as utterly disgraceful. Email exchanges were rude and she tried to overcharge us £300 upon leaving the property. When we took the case to DPS, an independent reviewer awarded us (tenants) the money. This is just testament to the fact that

More like Leonard Fleece. These clowns are unprofessional dimwits, bottom-feeders within a classless industry. Avoid these people at all costs, as once they have you locked in they will make your tenancy a living nightmare with their moronic repair quotations and chronic unresponsiveness. After having repeatedly trying to call their offices (and being played the same voicemail message after two rings!), I discovered this particular branch had a couple of different numbers. They did not return my calls or my emails until a week later. I called into the office and dealt with an agent called George working at the Borough High Street branch, I organised a viewing to take place the following day. Out of all the viewing I had had that day, Leanoard and Leese were the only company not to confirm the viewing with me. I waited for half and hour and tried to ring them (on both numbers) and

In this review I plan to be blunt, and honest. I have had dentist appointments that were more pleasant than dealing with this company. I am shocked that this company is still afloat, it is run by employees who in all honesty are unfit to run a lemonade stand. My experience includes THREE of the most naive, inexperienced and all around unprofessional workers I have ever met, and I have met some very dull-witted employees in my time. These agents' names are GEORGE, CALLUM, and KIERAN. George cancelled on me

Nice office and attentive staff. However they have very bad practices. One of their officers took us to this great flat just in the location we wanted, and it was rigth in our budget. He told us that it would be 300 per week. We saw it, and really liked it, so we got back to the office with the intention of placing an offer. When we got back, he said that he had made a mistake, and the flat was actually 340 pw. By that point we decide to insist on the original price, and placed our offer with a 300 pound deposit. The Landlor rejected our offer about two weeks ago, and still we dont get a refund
