Our expertise in the property market covers all sectors and is across the whole of the UK. Resolute was founded by Mark Goulding who is, by profession, a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Project Management Surveyor.

Mark was a Director of the International Property Consultants, Savills, based in London where he was Head of the Southern Region Building Consultancy and Projects Business. Mark left Savills to join the privately owned property investment company, Propinvest where he was Director of Development and Building Consultancy.
