We are Topographic Land Surveyors & Setting-out Engineers primarily to the Isle of Wight, S. England and were established in 1993. We believe we have the most comprehensive, detailed local topographic archives available. Being a small company, we can offer our services at a reasonable level, possibly at a fraction of those charged by larger practices with high overheads.
All work is covered by 2M comprehensive Professional Indemnity Insurance. We pride ourselves on supplying data that makes land surveys easy to read for the layman and yet detailed enough for the most exacting clients. Our list of clients range from the individual, requiring levels for garden landscaping, to national companies carrying out large scale developments, all requiring the same, good local knowledge and personnel service.

We pride ourselves on supplying absolutely accurate topographic data, gathered from site using new robotic Trimble S3 Total Station and data collector, with Geosite software. Our professionally trained and experienced engineers collect and record on-site data, draw, and check each survey. All surveys are 'tailor finished' to suit the clients needs, utilising the intimate knowledge gained on-site and from our experience.
A Topographic Survey is considered the first step of a rigorous site investigation, providing a reference framework on which all subsequent investigation can be based. Rather than surveying the site in isolation our surveys are related to Ordnance Datum & National Grid co-ordinates.
Project surveyors process their own data, gathered from site personally and create 2D or 3D drawings; we do not pass on to a CAD department to be edited by someone who has never seen your site.Sites are surveyed and priced on a daily basis with crews available for major utilities developments, residential or highway surveys, through to land undulation surveys for example to improve irrigation planning and environment agency requirements.
