I purchased an electric bike in December for my daughter, for Christmas. I needed Wheels of Peterborough to help me with a situation that occurred on our side (nothing to do with Wheels) and they stepped up without any problems whatsoever. During these times of COVID when services are less than they used to be, I was very impressed with how Wheels responded to the situation and would always look to them first for any bike purchase. I recently purchased a bike from Wheels via their website and over the telephone and after watching a short video pointing out all the bad points of the bike I was fully aware of the condition of the used bike. Unfortunately the bike was returned the same day as it was delivered to me because of other issues with the bike. The next day I had a phone call from Joe the salesman I had been dealing with offering a full refund including the delivery charge without any hint of them trying to talk me into letting them check it over and repair it. Booked a whole day MOT appointment during the end of season service rush, got there for opening, was done within 90 mins and they pumped my rear tyre up for good measure.
Service staff were lovely to deal with, so all on all I couldn't be happier!

They are always very helpful and polite, without badgering you if your viewing the bikes, which makes a refreshing change for salesmen!
The service team are extremely knowledgable and courteous when you make enquiries, and keep you reminded if you have a service, etc booked in.

Test rode a Versys 1000 from Wheels of Peterborough a couple of weeks ago.
Really liked the bike, so I ordered one and put a deposit down.
Was promised a call this week if there were any problems with picking the bike up tomorrow as they had to order luggage. I got no call so assumed all was well but thought I would just check rather than just turn up tomorrow.
Today I spent god knows how long trying to contact their useless salesman for an update on the bike to confirm it would be ready tomorrow.
When I eventually got hold of him some 4 hours after my first call he just fobbed me off telling

Went to have another key cut and coded to my bike , it’s a very efficient place the staff are very helpful and polite it was a pleasure to take the bike there I would recommend them a lot to anyone and they have a cafe with lovely coffee and do food that looks very tasty and reasonably priced 👍
