After many years at our old Cambridge workshop we are now located in March, Cambs. Our new workshop is bigger and better equipped to serve both our existing and our new, local customers so please drop by and see us for all motorcycle servicing, repairs, restorations and MOTs. As part of our improvements we are changing our open days so we will be open from Tuesday to Saturday.

We are a local, family run business in March, Cambridgeshire with over 38 years experience in all classes of motorcycles and over 12 years motorcycle race experience. We are well and truly specialists in our field. We cater for anything from a cruiser to a full-on race bike and everything in between.
If you have a problem with your motorcycle or scooter and can't get it to us for repair, service, MOT or valet then we can collect it from you using our recovery van. We always use genuine manufacturers parts when carrying out servicing work on your vehicle, unless you advise us otherwise. The choice at all times remains yours though and we will ask you at time of booking which you prefer. We offer a competitive 40.00 per hour labour rate (plus VAT) on all motorcycles and scooters.
Modern motorcycles have the ability to monitor their own functions and record and report any faults that occur. Systems monitored can include the engine, gearbox and braking as well as items such as ignition and even audio.
Here at R Holmes we have invested in the latest TEXA bike diagnostic equipment and can scan the ECU and engine management systems for error codes that may highlight faulty sensors or components such as injectors or ignition coils.A global scan will give a high level list of any fault codes present in the ECUs.
