Positive: Quality, Value
I've had several bikes serviced here and MOT'd, couple of Hondas and a Triumph, and the service has always been excellent, and very accommodating in terms of timing. I've noticed a few bad reviews popping up here but can't understand why as I've never had a bad experience here. First rate.

Critical: Professionalism
Very rude man answered the phone when I called he told me I did not know what I was talking about started to quiz me if I spoke to a knowledgeable friend regarding the issue? said he would happily take my money to balance carbs but it won't do anything to the bike mind you he has not seen my bike, overall very bad experience avoid.

I called to book in for a service as my bike isnt running right. The guy asked me what the issue was and when I told him what i though it could be, he became very arrogant and aggressive and began swearing. After this experience I would not recommend using any of his services, his loss as i have quite a few bikes and i could have potentially been a long term, well paying customer.
