Services
If you need medical advice, a GP appointment or have a query about travel vaccinations, medications or results, please go to the home page, and complete an eConsult (following the steps in the blue banner). We run an evening surgery on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays for pre-booked appointments only.
NHS 111 is a service that's been introduced to make it easier for you to access local NHS healthcare services in England. You can call 111 when you need medical help fast but it's not a 999 emergency. NHS 111 is a fast and easy way to get the right help, whatever the time. You should use the NHS 111 service if you urgently need medical help or advice but it's not a life-threatening situation.
We do understand that sometimes you may forget your appointment, or that other important life incidents happen and that you sometimes no longer need the appointment. We do ask that if you cannot attend your appointment, please cancel it or notify the practice why you did not attend at your earliest convenience.
It is clinically better for you to be seen at the surgery where we have better facilities, diagnostic aids and lighting to assess you, however, if you need a home visit please contact the surgery as early as possible in the morning, before 10:00, and give one of our receptionists your specific details.
Urgent care centres are an alternative to A&E. They are centres that treat minor injuries and illness that require urgent treatment that cannot be seen by your registered GP. For most people in Hammersmith and Fulham, the closest urgent care centre is based at Charing Cross Hospital or Hammersmith Hospital.

Ashville Surgery is fantastic. The doctors and nurses are great and they always strive to help as much as possible. However, the real stars of the show are the receptionists. I have never had a drs surgery in the past with such kind and considerate receptionists. The stand out star being Eric, he always has a smile on his face and will help in anyway he can. On the phone he goes above and beyond, helping to ensure you get the help you need! He needs a pay rise!

Amazing service, the team is sooooo helpful not like in other NHS practitioners places. In have never experience such a great medical service. Every time that i have been in need of help, they make it so easy, straight forward and always willing to help. My favourite GP DR J Beach is top top top. I couldn’t recommend Ashville more.

I have been a client of this surgery for the past 25 years. Up until 2 years ago I was very satisfied with all aspects of the service in particular with my assigned GP; sadly she left the surgery but I have seen another GP who was equally as good and dealt with my concerns promptly. I have noted a number of new staff in the reception area some of whom are courteous and professional in the way they carry out their duties. However, there is two particular receptionist who do not know how to conduct a professional conversation. Since covid, the situation has become alot worse. The surgery take the

Front desk staff are amazing, your doctors unfortunately fall well short, I am not doctor and have little knowledge of the medical field but the arrogance of the doctor I encountered which unfortunately had to see him twice as he forgot to refer me, was not acceptable. From being half an hour late and not even apologising to trying to blame me as I needed to book my own referral. Which i didn't mind but did have the referral letter in the first place. He said my letter would be at the front desk the next day and asked me to leave.

Ashville SW6 is a marvelous surgery
Had a bit of a needle phobia... but not anymore!
I'm a new-ish patient to Ashville Surgery and I've just been in to see Scott Owen - HCA - for a blood test.
I highly recommend him - Scott is charming & professional & I felt at ease as soon as I entered his room.
Reception were also very friendly and courteous.
5 Stars for Ashville!

In February I had blood tests whilst abroad which indicated high cholesterol & poor kidney function and the Dr recommended visit Dr in again 6 months which I did today.
The Dr at Ashville today very directly implied that I was wasting tax-payers money.
I am a taxpayer, with a genuine health concern…I’ve been to the Dr twice in 3 years… My feedback is; as a person of influence working with people in a position of concern you should be more considered with your language.
Today, I’ve left angry, disappointed and looking for a new GP.

I have been a patient here for a year and I have no complaints. The doctors are really friendly and make me always feel relaxed. They really listen to me and always helpful. The receptionists are busy but manage to do their best and are very helpful.

We were referred to Ashville via a neighbor on our street. As new residents to the UK, we weren't sure what to expect. I'm pleased to say that once we dropped off our passports and other info to Reception, we were pleasantly greeted and welcomed into the practice. It was the hottest day of the year, and the ladies at the front desk were helpful, cheerful and accommodating. We were promptly registered, given NHS #s and I followed up today with some additional questions, and the gentleman on the phone (reception) could not have been nicer and more service-oriented. Haven't had to make any appointments

The worst GP imaginable. Have lost my referral 3 times, sent me to other practises because they can’t give me an appointment. Average wait for an appointment is 4-6 weeks. Rude doctors, useless admin staff and generally little to no compassion for poorly patients. Genuinely awful.

Appalling treatment from GP - Dr Aras. I had to wait 3 weeks to get an appointment which is not unusual with this practice. I have originally made this appointment when I had one particular health issue. During the 3 week wait time this health issue has caused other issues all of which I obviously wanted to discuss with the GP. When I showed up on the day of my appointment I was informed by receptionist I was 20 minutes late - which I wasn`t. My appointment was at 3.30 pm but the reception insisted I've booked it for 3.10pm. I had to wait until the GP saw all the patients that arrived "on time
