Massage dissolves stress and physical tension, nourishes, heals and frees you from pain and strain leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. It was her first day practising from Ola Chiropractic. Her welcome was easy and she quickly and efficiently interviewed me to establish my health and what sorts of discomfort I was experiencing.

Feldenkrais uses awareness to learn about our movement habits and preferences. Investigating the connections and functional relationships of our musculoskeletal and nervous system we begin to know how we move and interact in the world. It introduces a wider vocabulary of movements that give us more possibilities to choose from for efficient action.
Massage dissolves stress and physical tension, nourishes and heals muscle tissue and frees you from pain and strain. You will feel relaxed and softly connected up in your body and mind. Remedial massage is focussed on the relief of pain, discomfort and tension in the musculoskeletal system. Such symptoms can arise from the body storing mechanical, emotional and psychological stress in the soft tissue.
Hakomi is a Hopi Indian word which means "How do you stand in relation to these many realms?" a more modern translation is "Who are you?". The Hakomi Method is an experiential method of body-mind therapy based on using a state of mind known as mindfulness for assisted self-study. Hakomi is based on the idea that much of our everyday suffering is unnecessary and is produced by unconscious beliefs that are irrelevant, untrue or out of date.
