Absolutely tops. Called 8.30am doctor phoned back an hour later. Got appointment for 8.30am following morning. Dr Williams excellent. Listened, examined, prescribed. Completely unrushed. No waiting. Even the receptionist was pleasant. First time I've been in years. Excellent service. Considered private GP but even with our benenden insurance it would have been phone call next day. Other private GPs £120 a shot and no appointments for a week. Very pleased. In the current situation I expected it to be difficult to get an appointment but no. Been with this practice since before I was born and they

I've been with this surgery since I was a baby with one move in between, today, during covid times, I cannot fault the service, the speed they saw my son and the swift reaction to his symptoms - they ensured his safety, dignity and made him feel at home, despite the fact he was being sick in the lift, it turned out he did have appendicitis and their actions enabled a swift review and result. Thank you so much to the staff for their support, understanding and help, they went above and beyond with helping me and my son, they offered assistance I hadn't even thought of and it was extremely appreciated

Have been registered at St Is an since Nov 2019 and I've found it so refreshing. ALL of the staff I've interacted with have been wonderful, supportive and helpful. The GPs (I'm awful with names but have seen 2 different doctors in person prior to COVID) really take time to listen.
Since COVID restrictions, I have found the online call-back service to be very clear, easy to use and each time I needed to use it have been called back within 24 hours.
A huge THANK YOU to all staff at the surgery, working under diffi ult circumstances and still providing a fantastic service.

Worst surgery i’ve been to. The doctors don’t care and dismiss anything as nothing to worry about. Until it gets to the point where your going to die which is when it’s too late.
Was suffering with blurred vision painful headaches memory loss candida nerve pain couldn’t speak words as they were on the tip of my tongue but could never come out.
And was told nothing was wrong and that these were just signs of stress and tiredness got fed up and went to private healthcare and lord and behold I had a brain abcess something I should have been taken to hospital for immediately.
Should sue

This is a terrible surgery. The doctors are rude and arrogant and completely useless. They won't listen and their whole attitude is that you're wasting their time. Dr Bagshaw is the worst, sheshas her own opinion, and woe betide any patient who doesn't agree with her. It doesn't matter if a hospital consultant has told you you need a particular drug or treatment, ifvshe doesn't like that idea, you won't get what you need, and she'll treat you likeldirt. There's a walk in surgery in the mornings from 8:30 to 11:00. Its the only way to get a same day appointment, but even if you get there when it
