I am passionate about helping my clients to feel happier about their lives; their achievements and who they are as people: to live their lives in the way that's right for them - balanced and fulfilled. I believe personal change is possible; that YOU are the most powerful player in your life, and when you recognize this and take action on it, wonderful things can happen.

I initially trained and qualified as a coach in 2005 with the CIPD and Oxford School of Coaching and Mentoring in support of a passion to help the leaders and teams I worked with fulfill their full potential. I have also qualified as a Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner at the Internationally acclaimed Quest Institute at Regents College in London.

As an estimate, anxiety and panic disorders affect more than 2 million people in the UK, and 1 in 10 people are likely to experience a phobia at some stage in the life. When experiencing, anxiety, phobias or fears, do you get butterflies in your stomach, a flushed face, raised pulse, faster breathing?

Often this broadcast voice you have in your head, has been triggered by the words or behaviour of someone at some point in our life.
Overcoming issues to do with food, eating and self-image can sometimes seem impossible to solve. For some people it's been a lifetime struggle: possibly the one area of their life they feel that haven't managed to master. It may make you feel better but initially, but you can end up feeling worse in the medium to long term.and it doesn't resolve the initial problem.
