Time2Shine Hypnotherapy provides a client centred, non judgemental atmosphere in which to create an equal therapeutic partnership with you. There has never been a more important time to be "mindful" of your emotional and physical wellbeing instead of being "mind full" of everyday demands and responsibilities.
Hypnotherapy is a pleasant state of altered consciousness when the conscious mind becomes de-focused and the subconscious mind (the part that deals with automatic functions and holds our life memories, belief patterns and habits) becomes more active. Through a gradual relaxation of the body and mind an opportunity arises to change behaviours, habits and feelings that may be limiting the way we live.
Neuro Linguistic Programming looks at how we perceive our world internally and externally, and the patterns of behaviour we experience, whether helpful or unhelpful. NLP has been around for over 40 years and was developed by Dr Richard Bandler, who Julie was lucky enough to train with, and John Grinder.
Thought Field Therapy (TFT) is a safe and natural healing therapy, which reduces and sometimes eliminates negative emotions that occur around a distressing event, whether real or imagined. It involves simple light touches applied over the acupressure points on the body in small repetitive tapping sequences.
Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a developing area of rapid change work that can help us reduce or eliminate emotional overwhelm around certain traumatic memories and events from our past. In doing so it is possible to create a new emotional stability to our lives that in turn creates a new sense of self belief and confidence as we continue on life's pathway unburdened from past experiences.

I went asking for a 'solution' to particular concern but Julie very gently and kindly unearthed the bigger fundamental issues and has set me on such a healthy, positive path I barely know how to begin thanking her. Julie is brilliant, so calming, friendly and professional. I felt completely at ease with her and from day one it was about helping to equip me for going forward independently in everyday life which is what I needed, as well as helping me to feel better straight away. Julie is great at explaining things and helping you to understand your feelings better and sets you up with lots of help for techniques you can use on a daily basis or refer back to later. She is always there for extra guidance if you need it.

After receiving some difficult news I knew I needed some help to move forward. Julie has been fantastic with me, she has listened and given me some excellent advice and tools to keep me calm so that I can move forward more positively.
