Staff are great, lovely setting, easy to park. Masks until seated required. But sad they took the caesar salad off the menu and my lamb shank was a tad salty but overall a great place for lunch and you can walk up the towpath to Annie's tearoom for ice cream afterwards

Four of us had a lovely meal on a busy Friday lunchtime. Called at short notice. The service was excellent. The two waiters were very friendly & efficient. The food was very good & very reasonably priced. The pub is right next to the canal & you can either eat outside on the terrace or inside. Either way you can see the canal boats passing by. Can highly recommend.

Quickly got my order after I arrived after everyone else. Drinks were slow coming and one round was totally missed off. Seems like they were short staffed. Had steak and stilton pudding which was quite nice

Canal side with plenty of spac to moor and only a short walk from The main Thrupp moorings.
Food was good, had chicken and bacon pie, in a proper case which is always a big bonus.
Not a huge selection of ales but ones available were safe quality beers.

Lovely location for the area on the canal. Went for an anniversary celebration.
Food offered was very basic as a buffet and understand the organisers weren't hugely happy. But as a pub it's a pub. Nice location, good choice of pub drinks. Didn't try the pub food but the buffet food let it down

Had a nice meal with friends here.
I had Chicken and mushroom pie with mash potatoes carrots cabbage gravy, to drink a pint of Thatcher's haze cider.
The staff very helpful and friendly, food good quality, well worth a visit because the Oxford canal is right beside the pub .
