She has been a wonderful comfort to my Mum, brother and me. Her professionalism, patience and just being downright nice astounded us and she looked pretty amazing on the day too! This has been a distressing time for us but made so much easier because of Helen's care. We were also so fortunate to be introduced to the lovely Annette Jeffrey, our celebrant for the service.

Usually the GP or hospital doctor will refer the case to the Coroner. Occasionally the registrar may refer the case to the Coroner if they are not satisfied with the cause of death. The coroner's duty is to investigate and establish the cause of death when a doctor is unable to issue a death certificate.

Family and friends will want to know about the death and will need to know when and where the funeral will take place. We can place a notice in your local newspaper and online giving all the required information. Most local councils run a service called Tell Us Once - it lets you report a death to most government organisations in one go.
