I would like to thanks Rudi from Gibson and Wood Funeral directors. From start to finish everything was dealt with impeccably.
During a terrible time in everyone’s lives, they guaranteed everything was correct from what we needed, giving us time to grieve without having any worries until the funeral itself and for that I will be eternally grateful.
I’d recommend these to anyone as you get exactly what you want and to be dealt with in the utmost respect to yourselves and allow you not to worry throughout.

Rudi is a very very close friend, that done my Mams Funeral. for even Rudi it was difficult. But he done my Mam and Family so so Proud. Please do not chose big companies as He made this Devastating Time better, nothing was a problem and we could see my Mam a few times. Know body should go through this Time but although devastating Rudi helped so much.

I lost my brother in April and was introduced to rudi by my sister in law and when I say this man bent over backwards for me to make sure my brother had the send of he deserves. Rudi picked my brother up from Sheffield no questions asked. Money was never mentioned even when the bill came it was simply handed to me no pressure nothing at all. Flowers were second to none. Nothing was ever a challenge for rudi and I felt at ease even ri ging rudi even if it was to change something about the funeral. Such a genuine bloke so from the bottom of my heart thank you so much rudi you are 100% the best in

After the death of a beloved family member, we chose Gibson and Wood to organise the funeral. Rudi was so caring and thoughtful with every step of the preparations, accommodating our wants and needs to provide a send off that my grandma deserved. From the order of service to the obituary, Rudi incorperated our personal touches. We felt reassured and it elevatiated the stress of the day. I would highly recommend.
