Services
We have always held strong ethical values, based on providing the highest quality of service in an open, honest and dependable way. It is very important for us to offer help in all areas of loss. That's why we involve ourselves with many community-based and charitable causes and also run Bereavement Support Coffee Mornings.
You should immediately contact the person's doctor. If you know who their doctor is: Call their doctor. Once the doctor attends, they will issue a Medical Certificate of Cause of Death (commonly called a death certificate) or call the coroner. You can then contact your chosen funeral director who will arrange transportation of your loved one to their premises.
The choice of Funeral Director is important. You'll need someone you feel comfortable with and who you can trust to guide you through the difficult and emotional process of arranging a funeral. The main consideration is whether their knowledge and services are sufficient to support you throughout. Availability; will the Funeral Director be on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer your queries?.
From the first time you speak to us, we will make sure that the guidance we give is in keeping with what you and your family want. We will help with every step of planning the funeral, caring for every detail while understanding that the cost must be right for you. We can offer a personal meeting in your home or at one of our five branches, carefully ensuring that all are safe.
We can arrange every aspect of a funeral with options to cover all needs - religious or humanist, traditional or contemporary. Every funeral we organise is unique so if you have any particular requirements, please ask. Our clients do not have to worry about any of the arrangements - we will advise, guide, and organise everything.

Manor House Funeral Service and Mark Funeral Director. had already taken care of both my Mam (June 2012) and Dads (February 2013) Funerals, therefore it was an easy decision for me to contact the Company again to help me with the recent Funeral of my partner John Clow. Mark's professionalism, kindness and compassion shown toward me and my family was greatly appreciated during this very upsetting time. I was guided step by step throughout the whole procedure which took a lot of the stress and worry from me. The day itself, with so many people there, was so well organised, it went extremely smoothly

What an amazing service this company offers. Mark was kind, understanding, respectful, patient and professional and gave my Father a wonderful send off. The day was made so much easier and it was ran with the military precision of a state funeral. Mark guided us through everything from registering the death to the service itself. Start to finish Manor House give an exceptional service. I can't speak too highly of this company. All who attended have commented highly on the service. I would recommend Manor House to anyone. Many many thanks to all staff.
