Poor communication and approach to business. Andrew Refused to engage when we changed our mind on a vehicle purchase regarding deposit return despite initial phone call and several e-mails. I get the whole legals behind the deposit but we communicated promptly meaning no prep costs were incurred as the vehicle had just arrived and minimal opportunity for further sales were missed as we left 10 mins before closing and made contact the next AM within an hour of opening. The vehicle is currently still shown as for sale! A business who cares about customer service would engage in a professional way

I brought a car a couple of months ago from Baytree car sales and I absolutely love it. I've had no issues at all. Glenn was attentive from the start and listened to what I was wanting and happily answered all of my questions (I had lots). I felt no pressure whatsoever to buy and he took his time in showing me several cars I liked the look of. I'd highly recommend coming here and in fact I'll be coming back next week as wish to purchase my daughter her first car and I'd now not go anywhere else. Thank you for making the excitement of purchasing a new car even more enjoyable!

Bought rangerover sports few months back from these guys with faultless problems.
Sorted me finance swiftly and car was ready 4 days before said date which was great.
Month to 6 weeks after purchasing car battery went faulty call Glenn said he will sort itwithin 3 hour had call to come in so thay can replace battery.
No questions asked just a cuppa tea whilst waited.
Both Andrew and Glenn doing a great job I will return for my Mrs next car

If you are going here I would avoid like The plague. The vehicle we Purchased didnt even get 10mins down the road and then had to go back to them, its been back to them and the garage more than weve had it on the road,. Nearly all the faults from locks, to suspension to brakes etc are On the supposed RAC checklist.. thats a joke. We even had to have an independent mechanic report done to show the issues after going to them a few times and still wasn't sorted. The vehicle has now gone after not even 6 months.

Really good communication. Arranged to view a specific vehicle and he was there when he said he would be. No pressurised salesman, left us alone to discuss. Agreed the sale and arranged for collection date, car was presented really clean inside and out and with new MOT. Would certainly use them again if we want to part ex it, although we wont not yet anyways, we love it.

Five stars does not say enough, faultless transaction and no grey areas. Andrew was professional and defiantly went the extra mile to give unrivalled customer service. Very knowledgeable on all cars sold and gave good solid advice which I am now glad I listened to. Takes as much pride in the finish of my purchased car as I did myself with no shortcuts in time or cost. 100% from us.
