The staff went overboard to try and make the experience on the day we collected the car good, but the issues we had afterwards were somewhat painful to resolve. I didn't feel that my requests for call backs were always adhered to. Could have been better if they say they are going to ring you on a specific day then they should call you even if they have nothing to tell you and I don't feel that this was the case every time with me.
That's why I knocked off one star. This is our second car that we have purchased from Sam. From start to finish Sam went above and beyond, answered and explained all my questions we had. Even when we didn't have enough time to pick it up he dropped the car off at our home. Highly recommend Sam @ Wakefield.

I recently bought a car from JCT600 during lockdown, and found the whole process smoothly conducted remotely, with trailered delivery. Good part exchange facility, excellent communication and attention to detail. Jack went out of his way to make sure that I was happy and well-informed throughout the entire process. I bought a Peugeot 3008 from the Boston Branch. Chloe Dean dealt with the Sale from start to finish. From the test drive, to collecting the keys, everything was dealt with with true professionalism. I had a few queries, and communicated via email. All my queries were answered promptly. I was constantly kept updated and the after care has been just as good. It can be daunting buying a car but The fact that Chloe dealt with all my queries professionally. I would not hesitate to buy from JCT600 Boston.

We purchased a car for them in March and were treated extremely well. Jeremy Hazelwood sorted the deal out for us and we not rushed into buying at all, they are all very knowledgeable here and are straight John Bull, something rare in this market.
At Boston Audi they are part of the JCT600 group so if like us, you find the right car at one of the other sites they will bring the car to Boston for you to look at.
