Fantastic service from Matt Young at Read Hyundai Grimsby. Traded my car in for an i20n, everything was done over the phone from start to finish as I live 100 miles away. It was definitely worth the drive up to Grimsby when it came to collect my car. All I had to do was sort my insurance out and Matt did the rest.

My partner and I recently bought a car from Mike Flatters at Hyundai, he was very friendly and approachable. Got to say Laura Parkinson is an absolute star, she is welcoming, helpful and has such a kind soul.

There was a warm welcome when I arrived and Covid precautions were in place.I was offered a coffee and made myself comfortable in the waiting area where I could observe work in progress on my vehicle. Staff were brilliant,they even sent a video through of the inspection being carried out, never seen this before. All in all a stressful free morning, well done Read Hyundai.

I found them very rude, no one introduces themselves, no one offers you even to sit and they ignore you as if you donβt exist, pretending to be busy.
For courtesy car they insisted on my NI number while I wanted to provide the code generated on DVLA website.
They sent me video of squeaking breaks at 1239pm and rang me at 1304 to say car is ready. No one bothered to ask me if I would like it repaired.
I just regret giving them my money and one star rating, they do not deserve it.
Do not touch this dealership with a barge pole. They need serious training in customer service. If you have any
