In Peak Health are a caring team of physiotherapists who offer assessment and treatment which is individually tailored to each patient's needs. The clinic has worked from The Pilates Studio since 2010 and has built up a varied client group from the surrounding areas. Physiotherapy is the means of assessing and treating physical problems and pain caused by muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments and nerves dysfunction.

As skilled physiotherapists we can assess posture and biomechanics to improve physical performance in sports or to help reduce strain on areas such as the lower back.

Physiotherapy is the means of assessing and treating physical problems and pain caused by muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments and nerves dysfunction. We will look at the movement of the joints that are affected and the strength and flexibility of the soft tissue surrounding those joints. We can then build a picture to the cause of your symptoms and start treatment.
Acupuncture can be utilised by a Physiotherapist for the relief of pain, whether it be caused by muscle spasm (tightness) or nerve pain. It can form a very effect part of Physiotherapy treatment, however it is always optional and will never be carried out without your full consent. All Physiotherapists that carry out acupuncture are members of the AACP (Association of Acupuncture for Chartered Physiotherapists).
Home visits are available for clients who for whatever reason are unable to attend the clinic in person. The majority of our treatments can still be provided in the home and you do not need to provide any equipment. Mileage is charged at 45p per mile. Please contact the clinic on 01663 744552 for further information and a quote.
