As a team of Chartered Physiotherapists we treat problems linked to different areas of the body, such as the bones, joints and tissues of the musculoskeletal system, the brain and nervous system, the cardiovascular system or the respiratory system. Spiral Stabilisation is a term many people will not of heard of, however some of this treatment has been groundbreaking in the prevention and rehabilitation of injuries.

Spiral Stabilisation is a technique that uses spiral muscle chain training that naturally creates spinal traction by relieving pressure on the intervertebral discs also known as the intervertebral cartilage. Originally invented by Czech medical specialists this technique has been extremely successful and practiced throughout the Czech Republic and Germany over the last 20 years.

Chartered Physiotherapists treat problems linked to different areas of the body, such as the bones, joints and tissues of the musculoskeletal, the brain and nervous, the cardiovascular or the respiratory systems. Knee pain and back pain are just some of the common injuries that we treat. They help people who have specific health conditions such as multiple sclerosis, asthma, cystic fibrosis or heart disease.
We all know how important it is to be active, and the benefits there are to your joints and general wellbeing, unfortunately injuries can occur and commonly these involve the knees. The most common knee injuries involve the ligaments, cartilage or meniscus, tendons or joint surfaces. Old injuries that were never rehabilitated can also return from time to time or result in a constant background annoyance.
Shoulder pain is frequently associated with repetitive overhead activities. This could be related to sporting activities such as swimming, tennis or weightlifting, but could also be caused by everyday activities such as hanging washing, decorating or gardening. Is there a notable difference in the strength in the affected shoulder compared to the other side.

I've struggled for several years with hip problems that stopped me from running frequently. It was such a long-standing problem that I thought it would always be there.
However, after a few sessions with Alex, I'm now able to run several times a week pain free. I honestly didn't think that this would ever be achievable.
All the staff I've dealt with have been professional and quick to respond via email etc... if I've had any questions at all.
Needless to say, I'm really impressed with my treatment and I'd happily recommend this practice to anyone.

As an accident prone young guy I've been numerous times for various problems - rehab after an acl reconstruction, dislocated tendon in ankle and a bad back.
Been repaired quickly, with solid advice and not been strung along with numerous visits.
Highly recommend, based on previous experience with numerous other physios
