The clinics were founded by John Cahill, who has managed private clinics for 10 years as well as working in clinics in David Lloyd's at Trafford and Bolton. He has a wealth of experience working with top athletes and the average person in pain. John's career has included working with GB Tennis, Irish Girls Basketball team, Warrington Wolves, Doncaster Knights, Bohemians FC.

Outside of teams John has treated players from Manchester United FC, Wigan FC, GB Snowboarding, World Snooker champions and many others. Originally from Ireland, John has lived in both Ireland and the UK working with national teams in both countries including GB Tennis team. He has also worked in international basketball and top division football and rugby. He has a proven track record for the fast recovery of muscle injuries, is expertly trained in spinal manipulation (great for lower back injuries) and is our resident health, posture & biomechanics expert.
Many people come to our clinic are between the ages of 35-65 and have been suffering with pain or stiffness for a while. Lots of them have been to GP first and tried rest and painkillers, their pain levels have not improved and they're ready to try something new. Most patients find us through word of mouth from friends and family who have previously got great results from our clinic.

So many over 40's remain frustrated by neck, back or knee pain and the only solution they've been offered is taking painkillers. But they know that's not a road they want to go down. I've been suffering with a bad back for years and thought I'd just have to live with it....was so pleased to find John who has managed somehow to get me to a place where I'm pain free and have even started running regularly again. After suffering for years with a back problem I was recommended John by a friend.
John explained why l was suffering and set me a set of suitable exercises to do to help ease my pain and strengthen my back. A further couple of visits and some more exercises and my back feels so much better and stronger I couldn’t recommend John more highly.

I can't recommend John enough. He did a fantastic job on me after suffering a nasty leg break in late 2019. Even though I was on crutches for the first three months of my time with him I felt encouraged, treated well and well motivated to do the daily homework (horizontal exercises) he gave me.
I've been on my feet since Christmas and with John's help I am now in the gym - working on my balance, knees and ankles and improving every day. Thanks
