Ilkley Floorcare are a long established family run business providing floor care services to residential and commercial customers throughout Yorkshire.
Operating as a close family unit, we offer an exceptional range of flooring services. We are parquet flooring specialists, and have been bringing them back to life for over 30 years now.
These are Redwood/Pine floorboards finished with Bona's Natural seal that is designed to give a raw untreated appearance to the timber. This is a staircase in Leeds college of music, finished with Junkers HP commercial lacquer for heightened protection in high traffic areas.
Here we sanded out the discoloration of the floor boards and skirting caused by intense sunlight, bringing depth and texture back to the floor with a silk finish to give a light sheen.This floor was raised in areas, so we uplifted, cleaned and re-layed the affected blocks, before sanding and applying three coats of Junkers HP Commercial lacquer to give it a durable finish.

Ilkley Floor Care did an amazing job on our lounge, dining room & porch floors. Highly professional from start to finish. They were flexible and responsive to changing needs (we had just moved in and weren't sure what we would find!). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality finish at a very reasonable rate.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. All members of the team were highly professional and informative, and we couldn't be happier with our new floor. Regrettably I don't have any proper photos to show a clear "before and after" but it's completely light and day. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

From start to finish our experience with the team at Ilkley Floors was professional and thorough.
We knew we were very lucky to have found 110 year old pitch pine floorboards when we removed the horror of layer after layer of laminate flooring, but we had no idea they could be brought to life in a such a fantastic way as this.
We were recommended Ilkley Floors by friends who had parquet flooring restored, and we are so glad we took the plunge and spent the money. Even the awkward areas inside fitted cupboards are done beautifully.
The quoting was done accurately and well, and the team were polite
