Really disappointed, looked like they were a decent company with good reviews etc. but I placed order in March, was told out of stock but will be in stock end of April...ok fair enough so I was happy to wait. April came and went, didn't hear a peep out of them, chased up and was told it was now mid to end of May...May came and went, and still nothing so chased again and was told now mid to end of June - just copy/pasted the reply from last month. Cancelled order as I have no confidence whatsoever that they can deliver at all. Not once did they contact me to let me know there was a delay and not

I purchased Marilyn 592 vinyl floor at a fraction of the cost of a main retailer (CR) with the view to having it fitted by a local tradesman. We were regularly kept informed of order status by text and email. At first we were informed the stock was on back order, but it was quickly dispatched and from the date of purchase until delivery was probably no later than 5 working days.
